As a 47year old man and medallist at both national level cross-fit and masters Surf Life Saving competition, nutrition is an important part of performance. I invested in Claire's nutritional knowledge to do two things:
Firstly to better understand, food types, quantities and frequency of eating to fuel high intensity, short duration exercises and then how best to enable my body to recover and sustain performance Secondly and sometimes more importantly to journey with someone who can provide the gentle "slap" when I think I can then still eat and drink (preference to Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc) what I like and it not make a difference!
