"Just wanted to say I can honestly say I don't think I would be here if Claire hadn't helped me.
I was in so much pain and didn't know what to do anymore. Its taken time and a few "blips" along the way, totally my mistakes, but 4 months on I am feeling so much stronger and the pain is so much better and manageable now. The food diary has been a godsend helping me to see where I'm going wrong and Claire is always available to help. She is so knowledgeable on so many levels which has helped my overall health enormously.
I can never thank Claire enough, I am now getting my life back."

I have always had an interest in health and healthy eating - health and fitness are of paramount importance to me and my family. After a long interest in nutrition I decided to become a nutritional therapist after witnessing the benefits of nutritional therapy on my own health and well-being after 20 years in the financial services sector where stress and the ability to eat on the run were almost seen as prerequisites for promotion!
Re-training and gaining my formal nutritional qualifications, first-hand experience of combining a healthy lifestyle with a busy, stressful job and motherhood convinced me that I could help others!
I have a particular interest in performance and energy management which includes gut health, gut-brain axis and female health (perimenopause and menopause).
I continue to study and learn as scientific research is constantly evolving in the nutritional field and in September 2019 became a Clinical Supervisor for final year students at BCNH College of Nutrition and Health (the college that I trained at) and hope in my own small way to add to the body of knowledge in the fields of nutritional therapy and coaching.
