Vitality ~ appropriate nutrition is crucial to healthy energy metabolism - without the optimal daily intake of vitamins, minerals and macronutrients, vitality and physical performance will not be achieved.
Performance ~ nutritional therapy is essential in achieving health goals and obtaining peak performance.

I have a passion for food but not for fad diets. These are responsible for what is commonly known as the 'yo-yo' effect.
I enjoy creating exciting, nutritionally balanced meals and practise 'mindful eating' as a way of enabling achievement of my goals.

I work within the Functional Medicine framework to provide a unique nutrition and lifestyle support programme which is specially tailored to my client's individual requirements - working with 'client centred' approach to optimising health and performance. I continue to study and learn as scientific research is constantly evolving in the nutritional field and hope in my own small way to add to the body of knowledge in the fields of nutritional therapy and coaching.
