"I was not dreadfully overweight but was slowly having to abandon some of my clothes as they weren't comfortable, and felt in a rut with my diet. I believed that I knew quite a lot about food and nutrition, but couldn't bring myself to start yet another diet as in my experience the enthusiasm only lasts for a short time and they don't work in the long run.
