I’m passionate about education and making nutrition accessible and practical for everyone. Thats’s why I am also an associate lecturer on the BSc (Hons) Nutriton and Lifestyle Medicine course at the University of Northampton. I love inspiring others to take control of their wellbeing.

Hi, I'm Claire, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping people thrive—whether that's in the boardroom, on the pitch, or in everyday life. I work with individuals who want to feel their best and perform at their peak, using personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies that are rooted in science and tailored to you.

After 25 years in the high-paced world of retail banking-where grabbing lunch on the go was the norm—I experienced firsthand how powerful good nutrition can be. It was life-changing. So, I followed my passion and retrained, shifting from spreadsheets to superfoods, and I've never looked back.
